You should complete the Putting Images In Your Image Section tutorial.You will need it for the following tutorial.

Begin by going to the Userbars.com website.

To the left you can see the list of Userbars you have to choose from.

Click on the category you are interested in.I will click on the Internet category.
This is the first page of the Internet category.
You can cycle through all the categories, and all the pages of each category later.

You can see the boxes to the right of the userbars images which have some text in them.

Highlight all the text in that box. Right Click, and Copy.You should have something that looks like:

Since we are posting into your profile all you need is the url of the image which is this:[img]http://www.userbars.com/galerie/images/files/3/4/aim.gif[/img].
You simply remove [url=http://www.userbars.com/] and [/url].

Your profile should look like this:

No one says you can only have one Userbar.However, if you plan to have a large number of them in your profile,
then it would be best to combine them into one image.
You can then Host that image, and put that in your profile.
Otherwise, just use the [img] tag to list multiple images in your profile.
