Don't keep posting comments back-and-forth in the User Comments section.
Send the person you want to contact a private message.

Go to the user's profile you with to send a message to.
Click the Send Message link at the top of their profile.

This will take you to the private message window.
Type a Title.
Type a Body to the message.
Click Submit.
