Take a screen shot of the awards from someone's profile, or your own.You do this by pressing the PrtSC or the Print Screen button on your keyboard.
It should be in the top right.

Open your prefered image editing program, whether that be Photoshop, or MS Paint.If you're using a program like Photoshop then create a new image.
If you're using MS Paint you will have a new image ready when you open the program.

Now hit CTRL + V, or do Edit > Paste.The screen shot you took will appear in the document.

All we want is the awards part of this screen shot though.Using Photoshop you need to "Crop" the image down to the size you want.
Using MS Paint you need to do the same thing, but you do it in a different way.
Choose the Selection tool Rectangle and make a selection around the award section.
Then do CTRL + X or Edit > Cut
Create a new document.
Then do CTRL + V or Edit > Paste

Now, we don't want RoosterTeeth's awards inside ours.In Photoshop and MS Paint you simply choose White as your primary color.
Then draw over their awards.

Now you can put whatever you want inside the award.The awards you saw at the top are just a sampling.
Your imagination is the only bound.
